Welcome! Here’s How to Get Your Lessons...
You’re almost ready to get started with AApproach, there’s just a few more easy steps…
Step 1: Save Your Login Details
Your login details will now have been emailed to you. The email subject line will be Your AApproach Order Info. It should be with you in the next few minutes. Please check your spam and junk mail folders if you can’t find it in your inbox.
If you don’t receive the login details within 30 minutes, please send an email to support (at) aapproach.zendesk.com or go here. and we will check on your order for you and get your logins resent.
Step 2: Login To the AApproach Members Area
Once you have your login details, you can get access to your premium downloads. This is where you will find all the AApproach home study courses and specialty videos.

Please note all of our customer technical support is now handled via the helpdesk – so please use the support button on the left to ask a question if you can’t find your answer or are having trouble accessing your video download.
Step 3: Find Your Purchased Lesson(s)
If you are logged in, you should see that for the training(s) you purchased, the link should have changed from "Click Here To Preview" to "Access This Lesson". Just click the "Access This Lesson" link and you will have access to your videos.
If you are logged in and don't see a change, try logging out and logging back in. If that still doesn't work, please fill out a support ticket by filling out the form on the support tab to the left. We will be able to quickly help you figure out the issue and make sure that you have access to your videos.
Step 4: How To Play The Videos On Your Computer:
The videos can be downloaded directly onto your computer. Some may come to you in a .zip file. To get to your purchased files, all you have to do is double click on the zip file and it will then display the contents inside. You must take those contents and place them either on your desktop or in a folder on your computer for them to work properly.
If you try and open them while they are still inside the zipped file folder it may not work. If you try to open the .zip file and your computer tells you that you need a program to open it, try using this program called WinRaR.

Our videos are in a video format called .mp4. While most modern video players (like Windows Media Player) can play them, we suggest that you use a piece of video software called the VLC media player. This player is very light weight and is capable of playing just about every video format there is.

Changing Your Password:
If you wish to change your password, you can log into the admin section of your account and update your information there. Just use the username and password we gave you when you log-in at this link:
